In the upper row on the right, we find the supervisor of the slaughter, and he dipped his finger in the blood of the carcass, bringing it closer to the doctor’s nose and says to him, “Look at this blood.” The doctor replies, stating that the carcass is good. It must be checked by a specialist first.
