Eye of Horus.

(Eye of Horus)

This is Wadjet Eye Pectoral of the famous king Tut-Ankh-Imn, 18th. Dynasty , the New kingdom.
this pendant was found on the mummy of the king Tut-Ankh-Imn in his tomb in the Valley of the Kings , West of Thebes or Luxor, Upper-Egypt, now it is preserved in the Egyptian Museum.
it is called magic Eye because it has magic powers that transfer to the king when he wears it and as well it brings good luck for him.
we can say that  this Pectoral was considered as symbol of the entity of the body and its divine emblems refer to the supreme power of ancient egyptian deities that's given to the king.
Uraeus (sacred serpent)  wears the royal crown of Lower-Egypt "Deshret".  Nekhbet (sacred Vulture)  wears the royal crown of Upper-Egypt " Hedjet" .
this pectoral was made from gold , lapis lazuli and other semi-precious stones.
