texts dating back to the era of the ancient state, and it is considered the oldest known religious texts in the world.  The texts of the pyramids were carved in the ancient Egyptian language on the walls of the pyramids and stone sarcophagi in the Saqqara Pyramids during the ages of the Fifth and SixtDynasties.
