Musée égyptien du Caire Galerie Toutânkhamon Toutânkhamon LitThese Egyptian beds were very interesting to me. I'm not quite sure what I imagined original beds looking like, but this wasn't quite it. They remind me of our modern day army cots, made with some kind material cut in strips and overlaid in a pattern then connected to a base made from wood for example.
