The sun over birthday cake, beetle, III means Thutmose IV. It's surrounded by an oval with a line on the bottom, shen ring, meaning eternal protection that indicates the names of gods or pharoahs in hieroglyphics. I think the ibis, staff and three reeds on the left also mean Thutmose IV.
